1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of alberjollc.com (the "Site"), operated by ALBERJO LLC. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Site is for informational and marketing purposes only.

2. No service agreement is formed through the Site

Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide dispatch, compliance, factoring, or any other service. Submitting an inquiry or application through the Site does not create a contract, agency, or dispatcher-carrier relationship. Dispatch services are provided only under a separate written Dispatch Services Agreement signed by ALBERJO LLC and the motor carrier. Participation in the ALBERJO Authority Program is governed only by a separate written agreement.

3. Applications do not guarantee acceptance

ALBERJO LLC reviews each application and may accept or decline any applicant in its sole discretion, including based on operating authority status, insurance, safety record, equipment, driver qualifications or capacity. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, loads, rates or income.

4. No earnings, load or payment guarantee

Any rates, splits, sample load offers, revenue examples, load counts or timeframes shown on the Site are illustrative or historical, vary by market, lane, equipment and season, and are not promises of future results. The earnings split calculator illustrates the percentage split only. Fast-pay and factoring timing depends on an independent factoring partner's approval and cutoff times; ALBERJO does not purchase invoices or extend credit.

5. Not legal, tax or regulatory advice

Information about FMCSA, DOT, IFTA, UCR or other requirements is general educational content, may be outdated, and is not legal advice. DOT Compliance Watch provides monitoring, reminders and administrative support only. The motor carrier remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance.

6. Communications

If you provide a phone number you may receive calls or emails about your inquiry, and, only if you opt in, text messages as described at the point of collection, in the SMS Terms below and in our Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is not a condition of applying.

7. Accuracy of your information

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the carrier named.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Site and its content are owned by ALBERJO LLC or its licensors. Freight network and platform names are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown as plain text for identification only. You agree not to scrape, copy, disrupt or misuse the Site, and not to submit another person's information without authority.

9. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to load boards, factoring companies, insurers, FMCSA or other sites we do not control; their terms and privacy practices apply.

10. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALBERJO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Site, and its total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Governing law and venue

Texas law governs these Terms. Exclusive venue for any dispute relating to the Site is the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

SMS Terms

Program

ALBERJO LLC Dispatch sends informational text messages about your dispatch application, onboarding, and load or paperwork updates to carriers who opt in on our forms. We do not send marketing texts to lead numbers unless you separately and expressly opt in to a marketing program described at the point of collection.

Frequency, rates, help and cancellation

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or call 971-331-0402. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Consent

Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of applying for or receiving any service. We keep a record of the consent text shown to you, your choice, the time, page and device details. Mobile information and your opt-in status will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
