The motor carrier remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance. Load availability varies by location, equipment, carrier qualifications, authority status, broker approval and network requirements. The ALBERJO Authority Program is an operational carrier program subject to qualification and a written agreement; program-specific insurance or other authorized costs are disclosed separately.
