Qualification
This is a carrier program, not a shortcut.
Operating under ALBERJO's authority means ALBERJO is responsible for the freight you move. Qualification is real, and the terms are in writing before you start.
- Qualifying equipment: cargo van, Sprinter, box truck, semi truck or power-only tractor in roadworthy condition, subject to equipment approval
- Driver approval: valid license (CDL where required), medical card, driving and safety record review, drug and alcohol program requirements where applicable
- Insurance requirements apply; program-specific insurance is disclosed separately
- Safety and compliance requirements apply for as long as you operate under the program
- A written agreement governs the relationship; read it before you sign
- Not every applicant will qualify

- What ALBERJO provides as the motor carrier: operating authority, the carrier's insurance filings, billing and collections for loads dispatched under the program, dispatch and back-office support
- What you provide: the equipment, the driver, fuel, maintenance, tolls and the costs that stay with an owner-operator
- Program-specific insurance or other authorized costs: itemized, disclosed in writing before you sign, and shown on every settlement. They are never hidden inside the 15%.
- Settlements: itemized statements with the load, the 85% share and any authorized deductions
- Control: no forced dispatch; you approve every load; the agreement states how either party may end it

Insurance & getting started
Your insurance cost is priced for you, after you apply.
Insurance cost is determined individually after application. The amount depends on factors such as the truck and equipment, driver history, driving record, coverage requirements, and the insurance carrier's underwriting.
After you apply and your information is reviewed, ALBERJO will provide the insurance amount required for your specific driver and equipment. You will see and approve that amount before activation.
The first month of insurance is paid in advance: no truck is activated until that initial insurance payment is received and coverage is confirmed.

The initial insurance payment covers the insurance required to activate you under ALBERJO's carrier program. It is separate from ALBERJO's program fee. Recurring insurance charges may be deducted from settlements as stated in your signed agreement, and every deduction is itemised on your settlement statement.

- Run loads & send POD — Complete the load and submit the required delivery documents.
- Fast settlement — Eligible completed loads can be processed quickly after an approved POD and complete paperwork.

ALBERJO's program fee and insurance are separate. The 15% is ALBERJO's program and service fee; insurance is based on the actual coverage cost approved for your driver and equipment.

Once an eligible load is delivered and we receive a complete, acceptable POD and all required paperwork, ALBERJO can process your settlement quickly. Our target is within approximately 24 hours after an approved POD for eligible loads.
ALBERJO processes and pays your settlements; you do not need your own factoring company. Fast settlement depends on complete paperwork, broker payment status, claims, banking schedules, weekends and holidays. It is a target, not a guarantee, and it is not promised on every load.

The fee is never charged up front and never charged on loads you decline. ALBERJO invoices its fee at the end of each week. Brokerage Management 360° is 20% and Complete Enterprise 360° is 25%; the amount each percentage is applied to is written in your management agreement. A written agreement governs every program.

ALBERJO Authority Program questions
How much will my insurance cost?
There is no single insurance price for every operator. Your cost is determined after you apply and depends on your driver history, driving record, vehicle/equipment, coverage requirements, and insurance underwriting. ALBERJO will provide the amount after your application is reviewed and before you are activated.
Do I have to pay insurance before I start?
Yes. Operators approved to run under ALBERJO's authority must pay the initial insurance amount required for their approved driver and equipment before activation. The exact amount will be disclosed before you are activated.
Is insurance included in ALBERJO's 15% fee?
No. The 15% is ALBERJO's program and service fee. Insurance is separate and depends on the actual coverage cost for your driver and equipment.
Will insurance be deducted from my settlements?
Depending on your insurance arrangement, recurring insurance charges may be deducted from settlements as stated in your signed agreement. All deductions are clearly shown on your settlement statement.
How quickly do I get paid?
For eligible completed loads, ALBERJO can process settlement quickly after receiving an acceptable POD and all required paperwork. ALBERJO pays you directly; you do not need a factoring company. Our target is approximately 24 hours when the documentation, broker, claim and banking conditions allow it.
Is 24-hour payment guaranteed?
No. Missing documents, claims, broker issues, weekends, holidays or banking delays can affect payment timing.
Do I pay the insurance amount before I know what it is?
No. ALBERJO provides the approved insurance amount before activation so you can review it before paying and before signing the final program documents.
Is this renting your MC or DOT number?
No. Authority cannot be rented. The ALBERJO Authority Program is an operational carrier program: you apply, ALBERJO reviews your equipment, driver and safety history, and if approved you operate through ALBERJO's operating authority under a written agreement, with ALBERJO's dispatch, billing and compliance support. ALBERJO is the motor carrier of record for loads moved under the program.
What does the 15% cover?
Dispatch across multiple freight networks, negotiation, packets, paperwork, detention and TONU follow-up, billing and collections under ALBERJO's authority, settlement processing and fast-pay (ALBERJO pays you directly; no factoring company needed), and Compliance Watch. Program-specific insurance or other authorized costs are disclosed separately in writing, never bundled invisibly into the 15%.
Can I keep my own authority and also run in the program?
That depends on your situation and is decided in writing before you start. Freight moved under the program moves under ALBERJO's authority; you cannot run the same truck under two authorities at once.
Who decides which loads I run?
You do. Loads are offered with lane, rate, broker, weight and windows, and nothing books without your approval. That rule applies to both programs.
How do I apply?
