Why pay 10%?

"I can dispatch myself." You can. Here's what the desk costs you.

Self-dispatching works until the phone, the boards and the paperwork start competing with your driving hours. ALBERJO's 10% buys the desk so your truck keeps earning while someone else handles it.

You

  • Drive.
  • Choose loads.
  • Deliver.

ALBERJO

  • Search, while you drive, across multiple networks.
  • Negotiate rates and call brokers.
  • Set up packets and coordinate pickups.
  • Plan lanes, backhauls and deadhead.
  • Document every load; chase detention, layover and TONU.
  • Prepare factoring paperwork; monitor compliance.

Fast-Pay & Factoring Support

Deliver the load. Send the POD. We help move the paperwork.

Eligible approved invoices may qualify for funding in less than 24 hours through participating factoring providers.*

ALBERJO gets you set up with a factoring partner, packages clean paperwork the same day you deliver, submits it before the partner's cutoff, and follows up. Quick-pay options are used where brokers offer them.

Monitoring and reminders. ALBERJO Compliance Watch provides monitoring, reminders and administrative support. The motor carrier remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance.

DOT Compliance Watch

We watch more than your loads.

Your freight is moving. Your compliance should be too. Basic Compliance Watch is included with dispatch: monitoring, reminders and administrative support for the dates and filings that take a truck off the road when they are missed.

A missed MCS-150 update can mean civil penalties of up to $1,000 per day, up to $10,000, and deactivation of your USDOT number. A lapsed UCR or insurance filing stops you at the scale. We keep those dates in front of you.

How it works

Six steps. One rule: your truck, your decision.

  1. 01

    Apply in two minutes

Tell us your program, equipment and home market. No SSN, no bank details, no documents at this stage.

  2. 02

    Talk to a dispatcher

A real dispatcher calls or texts you, usually within one business day. We cover lanes, home time, rate floors and what you will not haul.

  3. 03

    Set up once

MC/USDOT, W-9, COI, factoring notice if you factor, and a written dispatch agreement. We never ask for your FMCSA portal login or USDOT PIN.

  4. 04

    Loads are offered, not assigned

Every load comes to you with the lane, rate, broker, weight and pickup window. You approve or decline. Nothing books without your yes.

  5. 05

    We handle the paperwork

Rate confirmation, packets, check calls, BOL/POD workflow, detention and TONU follow-up.

  6. 06

    Deliver and get funded

Send the POD. We package the documents for your factoring partner or the broker's quick pay and follow up until it is paid.

A real company

What we don't say.

Most dispatch websites are built on numbers that can't be checked. Ours is built on things you can.

  • ALBERJO LLC, Missouri City, Texas. USDOT 4080033 (active registration), MC-1811031. Our operating-authority and insurance status is whatever the FMCSA record says on the day you check it; we link it instead of describing it.
  • Built by a carrier, for carriers. We run equipment ourselves; we know what a bad load costs.
  • Freight sources described by equipment. A platform's name is published only once we have active, usable access to it.
  • One phone number, answered by dispatchers: 971-331-0402.
Verify ALBERJO on FMCSA SAFER ↗

We will not tell you

  • That loads are guaranteed. They aren't, for anyone.
  • We don't quote an "average rate per mile": rates depend on your lane, your equipment and the market that day.
  • That every load is paid in 24 hours. Funding is the factoring partner's decision.
  • That DOT compliance is guaranteed. It isn't: we monitor and remind, and the carrier stays responsible.
  • That we are a freight broker for own-authority carriers. We aren't.
  • That the ALBERJO Authority Program is "renting" our authority. It is a carrier program with qualification, approval and a written agreement.

We will never ask for

  • Your FMCSA portal or Login.gov credentials, or your USDOT PIN.
  • Your Social Security number at the application stage.
  • Bank logins or a general power of attorney.

FAQ

Questions owner-operators ask

Will you force loads on me?

No. ALBERJO does not force dispatch. Every load is offered to you with the lane, rate, broker, weight and pickup window. Nothing is booked until you say yes. Declining a load is normal and never held against you.

What is the 10% charged on?

The 10% dispatch fee applies to the linehaul rate of loads ALBERJO books for you under the own-authority program. It is not charged up front, and it is not charged on loads you decline.

Why pay 10% when I can dispatch myself?

Because searching, calling brokers, negotiating, sending packets, chasing paperwork and following up on detention takes hours every day, and those hours compete with driving. ALBERJO's 10% pays for continuous searching across multiple freight networks while you drive, negotiation, broker setup, paperwork, fast-pay support and Compliance Watch. If you can do all of that from the cab and still drive, you may not need us. Most owner-operators would rather drive.

Is ALBERJO a freight broker?

No. For own-authority carriers ALBERJO is a dispatch and back-office service working under a written agreement with your company and on your behalf. Brokers hold broker authority and pay carriers; ALBERJO does not sit between you and the broker's money. Under the ALBERJO Authority Program, ALBERJO is the motor carrier of record and you operate through ALBERJO's carrier program under a written agreement.

What do you need from me, and what will you never ask for?

To dispatch under your authority we need your MC/USDOT numbers, a W-9, a certificate of insurance, your factoring notice of assignment if you factor, and a signed dispatch agreement. We never ask for your Social Security number at the lead stage, your FMCSA portal or Login.gov credentials, your USDOT PIN, or bank passwords. Anyone who asks for those is not dispatching for you.

How fast can I get paid?

ALBERJO provides fast-pay and factoring support: we help you get set up with a factoring partner, submit clean paperwork the same day you deliver, and follow up. Eligible approved invoices may qualify for funding in less than 24 hours through participating factoring providers. Funding depends on the provider's approval, cutoff times and complete paperwork. ALBERJO does not purchase invoices, extend credit or guarantee payment timing.

Do I need my own authority to work with ALBERJO?

No. If you hold your own operating authority, the own-authority program is 10% and you keep 90%. If you own qualifying equipment but do not have authority, you may apply to operate through the ALBERJO Authority Program at 15%, subject to qualification, driver and equipment approval, insurance and safety requirements, and a written agreement. Not every applicant will qualify.
