The 10% fee applies to linehaul on loads ALBERJO books; fuel surcharge treatment is stated in your agreement. The 15% program is an operational carrier program subject to qualification; program-specific insurance or other authorized costs are disclosed separately and never hidden inside the 15%. Funding is provided by participating independent factoring providers and depends on the provider's approval, cutoff times, complete paperwork and program terms. ALBERJO provides fast-pay and factoring support; it does not purchase invoices, extend credit or guarantee payment timing.

Pricing questions
What is the 10% charged on?
The 10% dispatch fee applies to the linehaul rate of loads ALBERJO books for you under the own-authority program. It is not charged up front, and it is not charged on loads you decline.
Why pay 10% when I can dispatch myself?
Because searching, calling brokers, negotiating, sending packets, chasing paperwork and following up on detention takes hours every day, and those hours compete with driving. ALBERJO's 10% pays for continuous searching across multiple freight networks while you drive, negotiation, broker setup, paperwork, fast-pay support and Compliance Watch. If you can do all of that from the cab and still drive, you may not need us. Most owner-operators would rather drive.
Am I locked into a contract?
The dispatch agreement is in writing and can be ended with notice. There are no setup fees and no monthly minimums for the own-authority program. Program-specific terms for the ALBERJO Authority Program are disclosed in writing before you sign.
Are there hidden fees or deductions?
No hidden fees. The own-authority program is the 10% dispatch fee. For the ALBERJO Authority Program, any program-specific insurance or other authorized costs are disclosed separately and in writing; they are not hidden inside the 15%.
