1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy describes how ALBERJO LLC ("ALBERJO", "we"), Missouri City, Texas, collects, uses and shares information when you visit alberjollc.com or submit a dispatch inquiry or application. It applies to our website and to communications we send in response to your inquiry. Our services are for businesses and adults 18 and older.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, company name, phone number, email, city, state and ZIP, USDOT and MC numbers, equipment type and details, number of trucks, home market, factoring provider, preferred contact method, and anything you type into a form.
Information collected automatically: IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for abuse prevention), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and campaign parameters, and approximate location derived from IP, collected through cookies and the analytics tools described below. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry; evaluate your application for dispatch services or the ALBERJO Authority Program; communicate with you by phone, email, or text (text only if you opted in); operate and secure the site; prevent spam and abuse; measure site performance and marketing effectiveness; comply with law; and, only if you separately opt in, send marketing messages.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS box on a form, we send informational text messages about your application, onboarding, and load or paperwork updates, as described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Mobile information and your SMS opt-in or consent status will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it only with vendors that deliver our text messages on our behalf. We keep a record of the consent text shown, your checkbox choice, the time, page and device details to document consent.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf and under contract: website hosting and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud and Firebase Hosting), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, when enabled), email delivery, and text-message delivery providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about how visitors use the site. Learn how Google collects and processes data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can decline analytics in the consent notice on this site, opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your browser's cookie settings. If advertising pixels are enabled in the future, they will be listed here with an opt-out.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and application records for as long as needed to evaluate and service the relationship and for a period afterward to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs, then delete or de-identify them. SMS consent records are kept for at least four years after the last message.
8. Your choices and rights
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale of personal data (we do not sell it), by contacting support@alberjollc.com or 971-331-0402. We respond within 45 days. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome in writing. Residents of California, Texas and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor those rights to the extent they apply to us.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a small business, including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and encrypted storage on our cloud provider. No method is 100% secure. We never ask for your Social Security number, FMCSA portal credentials, USDOT PIN or bank logins through this site.
