ALBERJO Recruiter Program
Build Recurring Income With Your Network
You know drivers, carriers and brokers. Introduce them to ALBERJO, register them in your own recruiter dashboard, and earn 1% of the gross revenue of each eligible completed and paid load, for both the ALBERJO Authority Program and the Own Authority Program, for as long as they stay active customers, under your signed recruiter agreement. No earnings are guaranteed.
Income depends on active qualifying customers, your contract terms and business ALBERJO actually collects. There is no guaranteed income, and submitting an application earns nothing by itself.
How ALBERJO works
You own the business. ALBERJO runs the operations.
ALBERJO LLC is a motor carrier and transportation business-management company in Missouri City, Texas (USDOT 4080033 · MC-1811031). Carriers and brokers keep their own authority and their own name. ALBERJO's team handles freight sourcing, negotiation, dispatch, paperwork, invoicing and payment follow-up. Customers approve every load.

Four customer categories
Who you can recruit
Drivers under ALBERJO authority
Eligible owner-operators, with a focus on 26-ft box trucks, who run under ALBERJO's DOT and MC. ALBERJO Driver Program: 15% plus insurance, priced individually.
Independent carriers
Carriers with their own MC and DOT: flatbed, dry van, power only, reefer, step deck. Carrier Management 360°: 12% of linehaul on loads ALBERJO books.
Freight brokers
Licensed brokers who keep their brokerage and customers. Brokerage Management 360°: 20% management fee, applied as written in their agreement.
Dual authority companies
Companies with both carrier and broker authority. Complete Enterprise 360°: 25% management fee, two divisions with separate records.
ALBERJO approves every customer. Onboarding and compliance review apply, and not every applicant qualifies.
Standard commission program
1% for both ALBERJO programs
ALBERJO Authority Program (85/15) — drivers and owner-operators under ALBERJO authority
Own Authority Program (88/12) — independent carriers with their own MC and DOT
Freight brokers and dual authority companies are not in either program: no standard commission — separate written agreement required.
How recurring qualifying commissions work
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending customer | You registered them. Nothing is earned yet. |
| Customer approved → active | ALBERJO reviewed the file and activated the customer. |
| Qualifying payment collected | ALBERJO actually collected and verified a qualifying payment for that customer. |
| Commission calculated | 1% of the gross revenue of each eligible completed and paid load, as written in your signed recruiter agreement. Approved commission is paid no later than the last business day of the month after ALBERJO receives payment for the load. |
| Approved → paid | ALBERJO approves each commission and records its payment. Nothing is paid automatically. |
Commission continues for qualifying periods while the customer you recruited stays active and ALBERJO collects qualifying payments, subject to your signed agreement. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and inactive customers reduce or stop commission. A customer already in ALBERJO's system, or submitted first by someone else, is not a new referral.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is the income guaranteed?
No. Commission exists only when a customer you recruited is approved, active, and ALBERJO has collected a qualifying payment. Nobody at ALBERJO promises loads, customers or earnings.
What is the 1% calculated on?
On the gross revenue of each eligible completed and paid load of a carrier or owner-operator you recruited — the same 1% for the Authority Program (85/15) and the Own Authority Program (88/12) — once ALBERJO has accepted the proof of delivery and received payment in full. Gross revenue is the linehaul plus the approved accessorial charges billed for the load; taxes and refundable charges are not included. ALBERJO pays it from its own fee — the carrier's share never changes. Commission is accounted for monthly and requires your signed recruiter agreement.
Am I an ALBERJO employee?
No. You are an independent recruiter. You do not dispatch, quote insurance, approve applicants, change prices or sign anything in ALBERJO's name.
How do my customers get their accounts?
After you register a customer, you copy a private activation link and send it to them. They confirm the same email you registered and create their own password. You never see it.
Does a customer account mean they are approved?
No. A login is not operating authority approval, insurance approval or dispatch eligibility. ALBERJO reviews every file.
Who handles sensitive documents?
Customers upload their own documents, or you upload them to their file. You see the status only. Bank documents go from the customer to ALBERJO directly.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is marked pending and ALBERJO is notified. When it is approved your dashboard opens. Commission eligibility also requires that you accept the recruiter agreement ALBERJO sends you.
