Semi Truck Dispatch
Truckload freight is where a dispatcher's negotiation, lane planning and follow-up show up in the settlement. We search the truckload networks continuously and only book what you approve.
No forced dispatch. You approve every load. No setup fee.

Freight we dispatch for semi trucks
What moves on a semi truck, and where we find it.
For semis we work the truckload networks: DAT One, Truckstop, J.B. Hunt Carrier 360, C.H. Robinson Navisphere Carrier, RXO Connect, Uber Freight and Schneider FreightPower, plus direct broker relationships in your lanes.
Freight networks by equipment →Typical freight
- Dry van truckload, regional and OTR
- Reefer produce, protein and frozen with temperature documentation
- Flatbed and step-deck building materials, machinery and steel (tarping and securement stated on every offer)
- Dedicated lanes and round-trip planning
- Drop-and-hook where you have or can pull trailers
What ALBERJO does differently
- Lane and backhaul planning so you are not deadheading home from every load
- Negotiation on every load; the posted rate is the starting point, not the number
- Check calls, detention and layover follow-up handled by your dispatcher
- Compliance Watch keeps MCS-150, UCR, insurance filings and CSA in front of you
Nothing books until you approve. Figures are illustrative, not a rate promise.
Fit requirements
Is your semi truck a fit?
- Tractor and trailer (dry van, reefer or flatbed) in roadworthy, inspection-ready condition
- Active USDOT/MC with $750k to $1M liability and $100k cargo, or apply to the ALBERJO Authority Program
- Reefer: working unit with temperature logging; flatbed: tarps, chains, straps and securement training
- ELD compliance and a clean inspection record help with broker approval
- Clear preferences on lanes, home time and freight you will not haul
Insurance figures are typical broker requirements, not ALBERJO rules; confirm limits with your agent. Not sure you qualify? Call or text 971-331-0402 and ask.

Semi Truck dispatch questions
What percentage do truck dispatchers charge for a semi?
The market ranges roughly from 5% to 10% of gross for truckload dispatch. ALBERJO charges 10% of linehaul as a full-service bundle: continuous multi-network search, negotiation, packets, paperwork, detention and TONU follow-up, fast-pay support and basic DOT Compliance Watch. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum.
Will you force loads on me?
No. Every load is offered with the lane, rate, broker, weight, and pickup and delivery windows. You approve or decline. Nothing books without your yes.
Do you work with small fleets?
Yes. One truck or five, each truck gets a dispatcher who knows its lanes and driver preferences. Fleet owners get one point of contact.
How is a dispatcher different from a broker?
A broker holds broker authority, contracts with shippers and pays the carrier. A dispatcher works for the carrier under a written agreement, finds and negotiates loads with brokers on the carrier's behalf, and never sits between the carrier and the broker's payment. ALBERJO is a dispatcher for own-authority carriers.
